MarketDiary does not provide investment advice, trading tips, or SEBI-registered research services of any kind.

3. Subscription and Payment

• MarketDiary Pro is available at ₹399/month via Razorpay recurring subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until end of billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Disclaimer — Not Investment Advice

All content on MarketDiary including alerts, AI insights, and market data is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or research analysis. MarketDiary is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. 5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
